great location, close to Vatican and metro. Loved the cozy and clean property, with laundry and kitchen facilities. A 15 min walk to a nice cafe for breakfast. exceeded expectations for a basic B&B.
lack of in-room facilities for making drinks.

Very comfortable stay, as always. Good food, deluxe hotel, favourable location to the coloseum. A fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and a writing desk in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Location so close to historical centre and the Vatican museums and st Peter and the main areas. Public parking nearby provided.

I recently stayed at a cozy B&B near Vatican City for three nights. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main tourist attractions and the Metro A line. The owner, Mattia Adduci, was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed rest after long days of exploring. The breakfast, although simple, was tasty and served in a charming café nearby. I had a great experience at this nice and well-located property.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

For the price we paid, we received excellent value. The room was cozy and warm, perfect for resting after a long day of exploring Rome. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Vatican and surrounded by numerous restaurants. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, even helping with finding a pharmacy for medical needs. Highly recommended!
The food for breakfast could have been better.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Bed And Breakfast Adduci's House. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When my friend had a wound that got worse during our trip, the host, Mattia, took her to a nearby pharmacy where they spoke great English. She was well taken care of and felt much better. the location of the B&B is also excellent, as it is near the Vatican Museum. the rooms were very clean and the bathroom was amazing.
I highly recommend this place. Cons: No complaints at all.

Great location! Just a short walk to the famous attractions and plenty of options for dining nearby. Plus, the host was friendly and gave us helpful recommendations. the room was clean and well-equipped, exactly like the pictures. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to leave our luggage at the accommodation until our train departure.
The breakfast situation was a disappointment. We weren't informed beforehand that breakfast would be taken at a nearby cafe, where we were only entitled to one pastry, one coffee, and one juice.
